Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes for web and mobile applications
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design iterations
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to align design strategy
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill workshops
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and executive leadership
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience
- Portfolio demonstrating complex SaaS product design solutions
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience with user research methodologies and A/B testing
- Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user flows
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
