Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruiting from requisition to offer, with a focus on Engineering, Data Science, and IT roles.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow) to identify passive candidates.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
- Manage a high volume of job orders and maintain accurate pipeline data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Negotiate offers and drive the closing process to secure top talent.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting or human resources.
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical job markets.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and sourcing tools.
- Strong networking and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse candidates.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
