Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for hard-to-fill technical positions including Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and DevOps specialists.
- Utilize advanced Boolean search strategies and professional networks (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow) to identify top-tier passive talent.
- Schedule and conduct technical and behavioral interviews with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a perfect cultural fit.
- Manage the candidate pipeline effectively, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience from application to offer.
- Collaborate with department leaders to define role requirements, success metrics, and compensation structures.
- Track key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, cost-per-hire) to continuously optimize recruitment processes.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future expansion needs.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably within the Austin, TX market.
- Deep understanding of engineering skill sets (Java, Python, AWS, React, etc.) and technical hiring methodologies.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
