Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure backend microservices.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure high engineering standards.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and UX designers to define technical requirements.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues in production.
- Contribute to the technical roadmap and architecture decisions using Agile methodologies.
- Ensure system reliability and data security across all platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go (Backend focus).
- Strong experience with React or modern frontend frameworks.
- Deep understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
