Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software applications using modern web technologies.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical planning sessions.
- Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks to optimize application performance and user experience.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the continuous improvement of our engineering processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Experience with backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or Java) and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude toward project success.
