Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design and implement high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern technologies and best practices.
- Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Designers, and QA Engineers to define features and deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and provide technical leadership, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Optimization: Analyze application performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to ensure high availability and speed.
- Testing & Quality: Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability and security.
- Agile Workflow: Participate in agile ceremonies (sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives) to drive project momentum.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Java, Python, or C# with strong knowledge of modern web frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Database Skills: Expertise in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
- Cloud Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues efficiently.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
