Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Lead architectural decisions and code reviews to ensure best practices and high code quality.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance within the engineering team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define product requirements and features.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement robust fixes.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or C# and experience with React or Angular for front-end development.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Deep understanding of Microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
