Responsibilities
- Lead development of microservices using Java/Spring Boot and AWS
- Architect cloud-native solutions with Kubernetes and Docker
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Terraform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on agile sprints
- Optimize system performance and security protocols
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise software development
- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and cloud technologies (AWS/GCP)
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools and infrastructure-as-code
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience with aviation or manufacturing industry preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
