Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify and validate emerging technologies with 2026+ impact
- Develop strategic frameworks for ethical AI adoption and quantum computing integration
- Coordinate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions in simulated future environments
- Present futuristic visions to C-suite executives and board members using immersive tech demos
- Author white papers on technology convergence and societal implications
- Mentor junior futurists in predictive analytics and trend methodology
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals or industry white papers
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and government stakeholders
- Deep understanding of ethical frameworks in advanced technology development
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
