Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and translate insights into strategic roadmaps
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2030+ market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with C-suite executives
- Author visionary thought leadership for industry conferences and publications
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen user experiences
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for emerging tech adoption
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight methodology capabilities
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, R&D, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of translating trends into commercial innovations

- Published thought leadership in tech or business publications
