Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces affecting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop comprehensive scenario-planning frameworks for technological, social, and economic shifts
- Collaborate with product teams to embed future-readiness into innovation pipelines
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications and represent InnovateTech at global forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology leadership
- Proven track record of translating complex trends into enterprise strategy
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Experience working with Fortune 500 companies on long-term transformation
