Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for Project 2026, aligning technical vision with business goals.
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems capable of handling next-generation AI workloads and quantum-ready infrastructure.
- Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., AR/VR, Generative AI) and evaluate their viability for integration into our core product lines.
- Manage the technical debt and legacy system migration to ensure a smooth transition to the 2026 ecosystem.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex future concepts into clear, actionable specifications.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations and delivering on aggressive timelines.
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Edge Computing trends.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
