Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Python).
- Collaborate with product managers and UX/UI designers to translate requirements into high-quality technical specifications.
- Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity across distributed systems.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and establish coding standards to improve team efficiency.
- Implement robust security protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex production issues with minimal downtime.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend frameworks (React.js, Vue.js, or Angular).
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases and API design (RESTful, GraphQL).
