Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Python).
- Performance Optimization: Analyze code to identify bottlenecks and optimize application performance for speed and scalability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers and backend teams to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; lead code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Manage and deploy applications to cloud environments (AWS/Azure) using CI/CD pipelines.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, conduct technical training, and foster a culture of continuous learning within the team.
- Testing: Implement automated testing strategies to ensure software reliability and reduce bugs.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Technologies: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Tools: Strong knowledge of Git, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Problem Solving: Excellent analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex technical challenges.
