Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure best practices and architectural integrity.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Maintain and upgrade existing legacy systems to meet current industry standards.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
