Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Architect and develop robust, scalable full-stack web applications from the ground up.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to translate requirements into high-quality code.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring zero downtime and lightning-fast load times.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct technical code reviews, and establish coding best practices.
- Participate in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprints, retrospectives) to drive project delivery.
- Identify and resolve complex technical bugs and architectural bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Expert proficiency in React.js and Node.js (or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database management (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote-first culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
