Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers to define features and solve complex problems.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user interactions.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Testing & Deployment: Implement comprehensive testing strategies and CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on full-stack development.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Databases: Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis).
- Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Location: Must be willing to work from our Los Angeles, CA office or hybrid model.
