Role Overview:
As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for architecting, developing, and maintaining high-performance web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences and drive technical excellence.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Python).
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain high code quality and standards.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and responsiveness across devices.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Maintain and troubleshoot legacy codebases while implementing new features.
- Ensure security best practices are followed throughout the software development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Web Development.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and Node.js.
- Strong experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
