Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable microservices using Node.js, React, and AWS
- Lead technical planning and code reviews for high-traffic e-commerce platforms
- Mentor junior developers through pair programming and knowledge sharing sessions
- Optimize system performance and implement CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Drive adoption of DevOps best practices and cloud infrastructure automation
Qualifications
- 8+ years of full-stack development experience with JavaScript/TypeScript
- Expertise in React, Node.js, and relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
- Proficiency with AWS services (Lambda, RDS, S3) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven track record of shipping production systems with 99.9% uptime
- Strong leadership experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Portfolio demonstrating complex full-stack projects
