Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and implement robust, scalable front-end and back-end systems using modern frameworks.
- Collaborative Development: Work closely with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into elegant code.
- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and refactor code to ensure lightning-fast application performance and SEO best practices.
- Team Leadership: Conduct code reviews, pair programming sessions, and mentor junior developers to elevate the entire team's skillset.
- Cloud & DevOps: Manage deployments to cloud environments (AWS/Azure) and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Problem Solving: Debug complex issues across the stack and provide technical solutions for business challenges.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
- Technologies: Deep expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Tools: Proficiency in Git, Docker, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
