Responsibilities
- Design and implement AWS/GCP infrastructure using Terraform and Kubernetes
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines for 24/7 deployment automation
- Lead security compliance initiatives (SOC2, ISO 27001)
- Mentor junior engineers on DevOps best practices
- Collaborate with product teams on scalability roadmap
- Monitor system performance with Datadog/Prometheus
- Drive cost optimization across multi-cloud environments
Qualifications
- 5+ years in DevOps/SRE with cloud platforms
- Expertise in infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Kubernetes administration and service mesh experience
- CI/CD mastery (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD)
- Cloud security certifications (CCSP, AWS Security Specialty)
- Experience with financial services data compliance
- Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent
