Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone and email.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems for clients during peak weekend hours.
- Log and track all support tickets in our CRM system, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Collaborate with the core support team to escalate unresolved issues and implement preventative measures.
- Conduct remote troubleshooting sessions to assist off-site clients effectively.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic demeanor while managing high call volumes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or customer service (1-2 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, as well as common office software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Must be available to work full-time weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
