Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable neural network architectures for next-generation applications.
- Lead the Research & Development strategy for Generative AI and Large Language Models.
- Optimize machine learning models for edge devices and real-time quantum processing integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex AI concepts into user-friendly solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI compliance across all deployments.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or applied research.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
