Responsibilities
- Execute rigorous troubleshooting protocols for hardware and software systems during peak weekend hours.
- Maintain and update digital databases to ensure 99.9% data integrity and accessibility.
- Provide exceptional technical support and customer service to internal stakeholders via phone and email.
- Conduct routine system audits and security checks to identify potential vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with the on-site team to implement immediate solutions for urgent technical issues.
- Document all technical interventions and maintain detailed logs for compliance purposes.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new workstations and peripherals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with troubleshooting network infrastructure and basic hardware repair.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic scripting languages.
- Must be available to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays on a rotational basis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to strict deadlines.
