We are seeking a visionary Senior AI Architect to lead the 2026 Horizon Initiative, a multi-year roadmap dedicated to scalable, ethical, and super-intelligent system design. Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines for the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, ML engineers, and backend developers.
- Define technical standards and best practices for AI safety, interpretability, and fairness.
- Collaborate with C-level executives to translate business objectives into concrete technical roadmaps.
- Optimize model inference and training efficiency for distributed edge environments.
- Conduct deep-dive technical reviews and architectural assessments to ensure system resilience.
- Drive innovation by researching cutting-edge advancements in Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams of 10+ members in a high-growth environment.
- Strong experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and system design patterns.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field is preferred.
