Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable generative AI models on cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Research and implement novel transformer architectures and fine-tuning techniques for LLMs.
- Optimize model inference speed and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer products.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and model monitoring.
- Contribute to open-source AI initiatives and publish technical papers.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or NLP.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and Vector Databases.
- Experience with distributed systems and high-scale data processing.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to mentor junior engineers.
