What you'll accomplish:

Responsibilities
- Design and implement 5-year AI innovation roadmaps for enterprise applications
- Identify emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, AGI) with commercial potential
- Develop patent-pending AI architectures for real-time predictive modeling
- Lead $5M+ R&D initiatives in partnership with MIT/Stanford research labs
- Present strategic technology forecasts to Fortune 500 clients and investors
- Build and mentor a team of 15+ AI research specialists and data scientists
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or equivalent with 10+ years in emerging tech
- Published research in Nature/Science on machine learning or quantum systems
- Proven track record scaling AI initiatives from prototype to enterprise deployment
- Expertise in federated learning, explainable AI, and ethical AI frameworks
- Experience securing $10M+ in government/private research funding
- Deep understanding of geopolitical tech policy implications
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
