Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 AI roadmap.
- Architect scalable, fault-tolerant machine learning pipelines.
- Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business goals into technical solutions.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and performance optimization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Experience with distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker) and cloud providers (AWS/GCP).
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
