Responsibilities
- Monitor server performance, security logs, and network traffic to ensure 99.9% uptime during night operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for internal staff.
- Perform routine system backups, software updates, and security patch management.
- Provide Tier 2 technical support via remote channels and on-site assistance.
- Document technical tickets and maintain accurate logs of all system activities.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless handover of critical issues.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, Help Desk, or System Administration.
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+) are highly preferred.
- Must be available to work a consistent night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently in a quiet environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for remote support scenarios.
