Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related technical field.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking protocols, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
