Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 technical support for internal staff and enterprise clients.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network infrastructure issues.
- Manage and prioritize incoming helpdesk tickets using Jira or ServiceNow.
- Perform scheduled maintenance, patch management, and security updates during low-traffic hours.
- Document all technical solutions and user interactions in detailed logs.
- Ensure data security compliance and troubleshoot access control problems.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent professional experience.
- Certification in CompTIA A+ or Network+ is highly preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows and Linux environments.
- Proven ability to work independently and maintain productivity during night shifts.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and on-call rotation.
