Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain server infrastructure and network systems during night operations.
- Triage and resolve incoming technical support tickets with high efficiency.
- Perform regular system backups and security patching to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to document and escalate critical issues.
- Conduct hardware upgrades and software installations for remote and on-site users.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Active Directory.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
