Responsibilities
- Architect and design next-generation, scalable AI platforms aligned with our 2026 strategic vision.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of machine learning engineers and data scientists.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and executive stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging AI frameworks, LLMs, and hardware accelerators to maintain competitive advantage.
- Oversee the complete ML lifecycle, from data ingestion and model training to deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
- Ensure all AI solutions adhere to strict security, compliance, and ethical AI guidelines.
- Drive technical documentation and present architectural roadmaps to the C-suite.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps practices.
- Proven track record of successfully deploying large-scale, distributed machine learning models into production.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) is highly preferred.
