Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable deep learning infrastructure for high-volume production environments.
- Define the technical roadmap and architectural standards for the 2026 product suite.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate complex AI concepts into user-centric features.
- Ensure ethical AI practices, data privacy, and compliance with global regulations.
- Optimize model latency and accuracy to achieve real-time processing standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 4 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, with deep knowledge of distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
