Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable machine learning pipelines capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- 2026 Roadmap Strategy: Define the long-term technical vision for AGI readiness, ensuring our infrastructure is future-proof.
- Model Optimization: Lead efforts to optimize large language models (LLMs) for inference speed and cost-efficiency.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Oversee the deployment of AI workloads on major cloud providers (AWS/Azure/GCP) with a focus on security and compliance.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior architects and engineers.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- AI Knowledge: Strong understanding of Transformer architectures, NLP, and reinforcement learning.
- Cloud Skills: Proven track record of designing cloud-native solutions.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to lead technical strategy in ambiguous environments.
