Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create a comprehensive technical strategy that anticipates AI evolution through 2026, including the integration of next-gen neural networks.
- Architect Quantum-Ready Systems: Design scalable machine learning infrastructure capable of evolving with quantum computing advancements.
- Lead Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce frameworks for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance for future legislation.
- Autonomous Agent Deployment: Lead the development and deployment of self-improving autonomous agents for enterprise automation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into strategic insights for C-suite executives and investors.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership or architecture capacity.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern LLM architectures (e.g., GPT-4, Llama 3).
- Futuristic Vision: Demonstrated ability to research and implement bleeding-edge technologies relevant to the 2026 era.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing high-performance engineering teams and driving product innovation.
