Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop/laptop systems
- Document all IT incidents and resolutions in ticketing systems
- Assist with cybersecurity best practices and user training
- Collaborate with senior team on system upgrades and projects
- Monitor network performance and system health
- Support office AV equipment and video conferencing setups
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; A+ or CompTIA Network+ preferred
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
