Responsibilities
- Monitor server health, network performance, and system uptime during night shifts.
- Resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support tickets escalated from night operations.
- Perform routine hardware maintenance, software installations, and updates.
- Document technical issues and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless operations transitions.
- Ensure strict adherence to cybersecurity protocols and data privacy standards.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent technical certification.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and basic networking.
- Must be willing and able to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
