Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional first-level technical support via phone, email, and in-person to internal staff.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and software issues, including printers and network peripherals.
- Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and security patches to ensure business continuity.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new workstations and mobile devices.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system (ServiceNow/Jira).
- Collaborate with the IT management team to improve processes and user satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in technical support, help desk, or IT support roles.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, and Office 365.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to lift and move hardware equipment and work in a standing position for extended periods.
- Must be available to start immediately (start this week).
