Responsibilities
- Provide tier 1 and tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and prioritize incoming help desk tickets using JIRA or ServiceNow.
- Perform on-site troubleshooting for printers, scanners, and office equipment.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of workstations.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve complex connectivity and security issues.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in the company knowledge base.
- Conduct user training sessions on new software applications and security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or customer service.
- Familiarity with remote access tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk) and ticketing systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose technical issues quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends.
