Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop for hardware and software issues.
- Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and macOS devices.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security access within Active Directory.
- Install and maintain peripherals such as printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
- Log and track all IT incidents and requests using our ticketing system (ServiceNow/Zendesk).
- Collaborate with the network team to resolve complex connectivity and infrastructure issues.
- Conduct regular hardware audits and inventory management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical support roles.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with Active Directory and Group Policy Objects (GPO).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- CompTIA A+ Certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift and carry computer equipment weighing up to 50 lbs as needed.
