Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-performance web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Lead architectural decisions and ensure code scalability and maintainability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize database performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Web Development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript.
- Experience with front-end libraries (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Backend expertise in Node.js or Python.
- Database management skills with SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
