Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in Windows/macOS and cloud platforms (Azure/GCP)

- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Indiana driver's license for client site visits
