Responsibilities
- Develop multi-year strategic frameworks for 2026+ market evolution using predictive analytics and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to translate foresight into actionable roadmaps
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership on emerging tech paradigms (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic pioneers
- Design immersive scenario-planning simulations for board-level decision-making
- Oversee research initiatives on societal shifts (demographic, economic, environmental) affecting 2026+ landscapes
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodologies and ethical innovation principles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic frameworks
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, biotech, quantum systems) and their societal impacts
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex scenarios into compelling narratives
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, weak signal detection)
- Published thought leadership in reputable industry journals or platforms
