Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socioeconomic shifts to forecast 2026+ scenarios
- Develop strategic frameworks for AI integration, quantum computing adoption, and sustainable transformation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights into executable innovation pipelines
- Produce forward-looking reports and presentations for executive stakeholders and board members
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions and business models
- Establish KPIs to track progress toward 2026 strategic milestones
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for trend mapping
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from foresight academy) preferred
