Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2030
- Develop strategic frameworks for clients to navigate post-2026 market landscapes
- Produce scenario-based forecasts and impact assessments for emerging industries
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed future-proofing into organizational DNA
- Present visionary insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and visualizations
- Build and lead a cross-functional futurist research team
- Author thought leadership on long-term trend implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist research
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (2018-2023 validation required)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or related field
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, climate tech, and geopolitical shifts
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation
- Experience building and managing high-performance research teams
