- Develop future-proof product roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and autonomous systems
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify disruptive startups
- Build scenario models for technological black swan events
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Proven track record launching future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in at least two: quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Experience with horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong background in product development from concept to market
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive audiences
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation
