Responsibilities

- Develop strategic frameworks for clients to navigate disruption and capitalize on future opportunities
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for Fortune 500 companies in tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Produce actionable foresight reports integrating AI, biotech, and climate adaptation projections
- Adv executive stakeholders on long-term risk mitigation and innovation investment strategies
- Build cross-industry think tanks to co-create sustainable futures initiatives
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodology and predictive modeling techniques
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning or consulting with proven futures analysis portfolio
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend-mapping methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Strong data visualization skills using tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Published thought leadership on 4IR transformation or sustainability futures
- Experience presenting complex foresight insights to C-level audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or Foresight Practitioner)
