Responsibilities
- Design and execute multi-year foresight frameworks using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Develop proprietary innovation roadmaps for clients in AI, quantum computing, and synthetic biology
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive leadership through compelling visual narratives
- Build and maintain a global network of technology pioneers and academic researchers
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Produce quarterly trend reports with actionable recommendations for C-level stakeholders
- Mentor junior strategists in emerging technology assessment methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in exponential technology analysis (AI, biotech, quantum, nanotech)
- Exceptional data visualization and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation publications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
- Experience with horizon scanning and Delphi methodologies
- Portfolio of 3+ strategic foresight projects impacting business outcomes
