Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026+ market trends and business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for strategic integration and competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Monitor global tech policies and regulatory shifts affecting innovation ecosystems
- Mentor a team of technology analysts and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and translating them into business value
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and influencing organizational strategy
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, CII) preferred
